Richard, an individual from Richards company, was recommended to us by an electrical engineer who was working on our property. We initially experienced an issue with our fire alarm system, and after contacting Richard, he provided valuable advice over the phone, which helped us resolve an immediate concern before going on holiday. Although the issue was not fully resolved, we appreciated his prompt assistance.
Later, we reached out to Richard again, and he agreed to visit our property to assess the system.
