We were recently away from home on holiday and were made aware that the lock on our front door wouldn't open, and it wasn't possible to get into our house. We messaged Max from holiday and he replied swiftly and agreed to be free around the time we were due to get home in case we needed a locksmith. We did need one! Max came round very quickly, talked us through the options and pricing upfront, and fixed the door quickly, there and then. We would highly recommend Max.

Great Job! Guy is a legend. Highly recommendable. He arrived very quickly. Super knowledgable, and polite. He was suppose to come just for the front doorlock change but we asked him if he could have a look on the rear door and some windows and he was happy to check it eventhough we said it was just a front door lock change when we calles him. We ended changing the rear door and two windows locks as well because he told us our locks were 0 grade security and were not valid for home insurance and he showed us how easy is to brake a lock, took 3 seconds to open! We were shocked! We decided to change it to he highest security grade and he gives us the paperwork and guaranty for your home insurance.

We had a problem with our backdoor, and the door would not lock. This was stressful and I called Max he gave me a time of an hour and he arrived on time. He gave me an indication as to how much it would coat and any changes he made me well aware and did not do and any work until I was happy and agreed to it. His work was excellent, his customer care was 5 star and his knowledge and advise was great. If you need someone to look at your locks Max is your man and we'll worth a call

Forgot my keys when I took the dog out for a walk, and was due to start work in half an hour. Looked for a locksmith and found Max's details and gave him a call. Only had to wait about 10 mins, was expecting a lot longer. He popped the lock (after checking on ID), fitted a new one (which was better than the old one), and was very quick and efficient. Considering everything the price was pretty good and he was a pleasant guy to deal with, plus my dog liked him. Saved me in a jam and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Max - he arrived on the same day, within 1 hour of calling up to make an appointment to fix my front door that wouldn't open. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the issues/repair process and was upfront on costs. He also helped with some issues I was having on another external door.
