Fantastic response from the service. With twenty minutes to go till I went away for some time, I realized a black out had stopped our cameras from working. Do didn't think anything about it at the time and as power was restored I just thought I'd unplug things before leaving. Prime responded quickly and got the cameras up and running just as the taxi arrived! Another great service. Phew.

Spent two days trying to connect my security system to the newly installed wi-fi network. Prime Security responded to my plea for help almost immediately. Technician Darragh called within minutes and talked me through the process and I was up and running in very short order. Ten out of ten for speed and service.

Fantastic service! Darragh helped me access the cameras on all our devices today. Great service, even for folk who aren't great with understanding tech, as everything was done via screen share, and using our camera, - so Darragh could see the wires & ensure everything was in the right place. I don't normally take my time to leave online reviews because my time is short, but this was an exceptionally good service and deserves commendation. Technician arrived on time, he was professional, explained the process to us and showed us how the system operates and answered all questions we had. The installation was completed neatly and damage-free.
Prior to arranging the service, communication was responsive and clear, both via phone and email, with our (householders) questions answered satisfactorily. I am 100% satisfied with the service and would recommend their service to anyone looking to install home CCTV system.

I had to replace my laptop as I was having problems with my existing one I called you company to get my camera app put on to my new laptop. I was called back by Paul who is the most patient polite person I have ever dealt with. He tried 100% to help me the proplem was me Im 80years old and have only very basic computer skills Paul could not have done anymore to try to help me he is a credit to your company.

I spoke to a chap called Mas when I had a problem with our central recorder box and we're getting no feed from the cameras. He told me an engineer had been arranged under my service contract but he had an idea that the power supply was the problem and was 90% confident a new one would fix it. He arranged to send one out but would keep the engineer appointment Justin case it was not as he felt.
The new unit arrived tge next working day (Friday - Monday) I changed the unit easily (he offered support if I were unable to do so) and lo and behold everything worked exactly as he described. Brilliant and knowledgeable service which I cannot commend enough. I do still have a slight problem but nothing to do with the reported fault, so he has left the engineer to visit. I am very pleased. Mas is a credit to the company.
