Longridge Locksmith helped me when I was in a pickle after locking myself out of the house putting the bins out. Called and no answer first time so left a voicemail, called back almost immediately and told me they could come out in 10 mins - brilliant response time! Thought it would be easier to get back in but unfortunately ended up needing to replace the lock, such is life. Friendly, efficient service. Hopefully I don't need to use them again for the same reason but I would highly recommend them. Credit to the manager at Prepped in Longridge too for letting me use his phone to make the calls after I locked mine inside the house.

I contacted Chris at Longridge Locksmiths on a Saturday and within a matter of a few hours he had been and replaced a new lock and door handle as necessary. He cracked on with his work and left everything very clean and tidy.
He is fully qualified, certificated and charged a fair price (some aren't and don't!), we would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him.

Our 4 year old composite door on a new build jammed after re-entry and then wouldnt lock from the outside. Panic. Found out about Chris via Your Longridge and give him a call, left a meesage and he replied very quickly. He came round later the same day, fitted a new internal part and the door was fixed in about 20 minutes. A great service, very efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Chris to open our digital safe when the buttons stopped working. Has been in for many years and we dont have access to the override key. Chris came within hours of my call and had it open within no time. Batteries replaced and all working fine again. Great service from local person.

Got up this morning and went to unlock the back door and the lock kept spinning - tried from outside and still same, so after a google search I saw Longridge Locksmiths Ltd, I rang at 8 am and Chris arrived at the time he said he would and cut a very long story short, he had to remove the glass from the top of the door and the panel from the bottom half just to get the door open. He had to replace the lock, but Chris had all the tools required for everything and I was imagining all kinds of mess, considering what he had to do - he was brilliant and there was barely any mess at all! I will certainly be recommending Chris & his company Longridge Locksmiths Ltd.

A family member accidentally got a key stuck in her door and the door would not lock, so we had to call out Longridge Locksmiths to repair. They arrived 20mins later despite it being a Saturday evening and proceeded to remove the old lock and key and replace with a new one.
The service was professional and quick thanks to Chris' experience and the huge array of specialist tools that they carry. I can't fault their work.
